If by any chance you are on a Mac, you can download a webpage as a Web Archive. Then using a tool like Web Archive Folderizer:

http://www.splook.com/Software/WebArchive_Folderizer.html

reconstruct all files used, in a folder structure, including html and images.

For Windows, a similar approach may be possible.

If you're comfortable with the command line approach, I'd recommend wget.
