I'm working on an app where I need to open a new browser window, and I need to debug some JS.

The web inspector opens fine in the main window, but when the popup (new browser window) opens, the web inspector is not opened automatically for that window. Is there a way to do this?

What are you using to build the app? If you're using Titanium, there is a method you can use.

If it's an 'app' made from the usual HTML + JS (or PHP/ASPX + JS) then probably not.

And you should ask yourself really, should you be able to do this? It's messing with people's browser setup - you shouldn't go to a web page and have your actual browser settings change. I know it's just showing a useful tool in this case, but think of what else could be done if you could enable or disable browser settings from within a page
