The Site works fine in other versions of the IE and in Firefox and Opera. It's just the damn IE6 that just has to make problems again -.-

In other Browsers everything is displayed fine, but the IE6 hides the content of the page (in the center).

I can't find the source of this bug... i hope you can help me :)

This is quite an easy fix and a good tip to remember - simply add display:inline-block; to the #content-wrapper element and the content pops back :)

Use inline-block on containers whose children are floated. Sometimes it can cause issues in other browsers, but mostly it is safe to use outside of an IE6-only stylesheet ^-^

I can't really find an correct answer for you (using IETester) but it could be something gets cropped because if the floated elements. Try:

  • Temporary add fixed heights to every wrapping element like #stretch
  • Narrow the search down by temporary removing portions of the rules in the CSS (start with almost everything) so you can see in witch chunk the problem lies
  • Are you using any obscure IE-fixes? JS?
