Before my question "which cms do you recommend?" I already had made a webiste in which i'v used html, javascript, jquery, ajax and css.

Can you help me convert the website(including the javacript, ajax, jquery etc.) to wordpress theme?

Any suggestion is more welcome.

thank you

One suggestion is to start with one of the default themes -- kubrick or twentyten -- and reverse-engineer it. That's how I started, and I learned a lot about how WordPress is constructed from my exercise.

My other suggestion is to cut out a lot of the cruft -- even a simple theme like kubrick seems to be overly laden with unnecessary divs and style hooks. Oh, and make it HTML5! For instance, in the kubrick theme, replace <div class="navigation" role="menu"> with <nav role="menu">.

There's no short and easy answer, you'll need to learn how to create a wordpress theme.
