Well, that's not a very big sample, and the outline was probably put on afterwards.

I tried uploading it to whatthefont.com, but it is too small a sample, so that failed, though they have a forum dedicated to finding out for you.

I tried using Identifont, and narrowed it down to this list.

The most likely according to that is Flash Outline, though as I said, I think that's not quite as the outline was probably added afterwards.

If you have a bigger sample then the whatthefont forum will be a good bet.
