I have a client who I put together a newsletter for his golf lessons. I set him up with mailchimp (i've also tried campaignmonitor) and the emails are working fine. I created the template and have the images hosted on his server, but he isn't comfortable enough to go into the code to change the content and spacing. I've tried to explain to him it's easy, but to no avail. Is there a way I can create a mini text box that he can edit the content and will insert it into my code? I could then have him copy the code and paste it into mailchimp again.

Does any other options exist?

Unify might be an idea to let him change certain parts of the template. You add a class to the parts you want to be editable. See:

I'm not sure though how you want him to copy the whole code into Mailchimp...after he is finished editing.
