I can't seem to increase the width of my page. I've tried various things and it is still not budging, I need to make my page width wider, not longer. I know it will take some HTML and CSS but I can't figure this one out for the life of me, maybe someone can help with this.

Here is my site, I don't want the white space showing on the sides , I want everything to be side to side

Maybe firebug can help you to find where and how to change your css or http files and test your modification run time.

This sort of change is often not possible with hosted packages like bigcartel. It's one of the compromises you make for the convenience. Your question would best be asked of their support team.

In this file: http://rockerbabyinc.bigcartel.com/themes/sexy/stylesheets/styles.css

Change this line:

#wrap { width: 740px; margin: 0 auto; text-align: left; }

#wrap {width: 100%; margin: 0 auto; text-align: left; }

And, change this line:

#main { float: left; width: 557px; margin: 0 5px 0 0; }

#main { float: left;   width: 100%;   margin: 0 5px 0 0; }

You have some very ugly HTML. You have a whole bunch of entries that do nothing.

For example:

<p><font size="2"></font><b><font color="#080808" face="Cambria"><font color="#080808" face="Cambria"><span lang="EN"> <p></span></font></font></b><a href="http://rockerbabyinc.bigcartel.com/category/bow-twists"><b><font color="#080808" face="Cambria"><font color="#080808" size="2" face="Cambria"><span lang="EN">Bow Twists</span></font></font></b></a><b><font color="#080808" face="Cambria"><font color="#080808" face="Cambria"><span lang="EN"></p>

Could easily be rewritten:

<style> .navigation {

font-family: "Cambria", serif;
font-size: small;
color: #080808;

} </style>

<p><a class="navigation" href="http://rockerbabyinc.bigcartel.com/category/bow-twists">Bow Twists</a></p>

You only need to put the "style" once on the page.
