I am trying to finding a suitable Drupal theme for a news website. My requirements are:

  1. the ability to put in the login block and the user information menu at the top of the screen.
  2. the ability to add a menu constructed using nice menu mode, at the content top area.
  3. supports both a 2 and 3 column layout

I don't mind shelling out my credit card to buy one, but the most important thing is I must make sure that I can use what I buy.

P/S: I asked this question at SO, but got a cold response. So I'm asking it here.
