I've an issue with the footer in this design (http://www.jmbagroup.com/) - seems to be overlapping really oddly when viewed in a wide screen (http://jennysway.com/site.png).

Below is my css:

background: #CAC9C9 url(images/footer-bg.png) repeat-x center;
height: 230px;
margin: 30px 0 0 0;

width: 960px;
margin: 0 auto 0 auto;

text-align: center;
padding: 50px 0 0 0;

#footer p{
font-family: Verdana, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;
font-size: 11px;
line-height: 1em;
color: #646363;
text-align: center;

Any idea what may be causing this, I just can't seem to get it ...

Thanks ~

well, X dimension is horizontal. It is Y that is vertical. You need to correct your background-repeat property...
