ok last second i was told hey i want this page to open before any other page... how should i do this?

If you mean that you want a particular page to open when your web site url is requested then just save that page as index.html and it should be served by default when someone visits your domain, so typing http://mydomain.com is the same as typing http://mydomain.com/index.html

However, if someone types http://mydomain.com/page2.html and that page exists it will be served and the index page will not be viewed.

if you want to prevent this from happening, so that people are forced to view the index page you will probably need to create some kind of session variable on the index page and then check for this variable on every other page. If the variable is found then they have been to the index page, if the variable isn't found you can probably force a redirect to the index page.

You would most likely need PHP or some other server-side language to do this properly, but you may get away with using cookies
