I'm looking for good resources that can easily explain how to take my website and make a mobile version of it. There won't be as much info on the mobile version as on the main site, but that's intentional. Is it done using alternative CSS (like you would for print) or some other framework?

You should check out jQTouch. It's an open source project built on top of jQuery that makes it easy to create sites for iPhone and Android mobile browsers. Here's the link: http://jqtouch.com/

  • I have the Mobile Web Design book mentioned above and it's fairly out of date at this point. A lot of emphasis on WAP and not so much on more modern platforms like the iPhone and Android 2.x Rob Babcock almost 7 years ago
