This site is a mess - and I'm still trying to clean up someone elses CSS messes. Of course I've got it working in Firefox and Safari but IE is a task I'm pulling my hair out on this one.

The Navigation for KNOW ACT CHANGE is not floating correctly and the content sometimes covers the. I've tried different z-order settings - following different guides online - but to no avail.

Maybe this is an easy one for someone out there.

The #header is set to height: 190px but it contains content that is much more than that. So set the height accordingly to the containing content or set it to auto.

Note: z-index does not apply to elements that arent positioned (relative, absolute or fixed).

Apply clearfix to your #header which is containing floated elements. Floating elements in an element that isn't properly cleared can often cause problems.
