I have a question. Ive set up our new website, all css based. It works great in all but IE7 (even IE8 looks good). I'm stressed and cannot figure out what to do. I've got repeating regions that are not recognizing the float CSS code. (Only the 1st region on each row reads properly.) and an entire floating div isn't floating left. driving me nuts

  • Can you be more specific? I checked the site in FF/Mac and IE7/PC and can't seem to duplicate the problem. Dwayne Anderson about 7 years ago

Good idea to fix code first, then sort out browser differences: [Invalid] Markup Validation of urbanedition.biz - W3C Markup Validator

IE8 does not act like IE8 compatibility mode which does not act like IE7 which does not act like IE6 and none of them act like any other browser on the planet and that is the hand Microsoft has dealt you.

What doesn't help is not having valid markup and you have far too many validation errors in your html and one in your css that all need to be cleaned up first.
