I have a website that I am working on that is having issues with IE7 not expanding a div to 100% height.

Take a look at (scroll down in Safari, FF then IE to see differences): http://www.caldwellcellars.com/wines.php

What I have is a bg image that expands to always be full screen and keep the aspect ratio. I also have a div that has height and width 100% with a transparent repeating bg image. In Safari and FireFox the div expands to 100%, even when the browser is resized and the transparent image continues repeating into infinity.

In IE7, the div loads to 100%, but that is only to what the window height is when the page is loaded. So, if you scroll down, the div will be cut off and the repeating bg won't continue because it won't keep the div at 100% height.

Maybe I have done something wrong here, but this is the solution I am wanting, I just need to get it working in IE7/8.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated!

Try setting body to height: 100% too
