I've increased the size of my text and in most browsers this also changes the size of the bullets in my unordered list. In IE 7 and below they remain small. Is there a way to make them bigger in IE as well?

This is the important part of my CSS:

ul {
    width: 70%;
    border-left: 3px solid #fff;
    margin: 5em auto;
    padding: 1.1em;
}

li {
    padding: 0 0 0.8em 1em;
    font-size: 4em;
    line-height: 1em;
}

There's also a vertical line, but that's not an important detail and removing it does not change the size of the bullet points.

You may want to use the list-style-image CSS property to define an image of your choosing. That way the bullet appears the same in all browsers. Unfortunately, I don't know about IE6's and below, support for this property.
