I have a UL full of links styled to look like blocks.

Modernizer is being included on the page and since including it, I've noticed, on almost half of the page loads, some of my links display incorrectly (text off-center). A refresh fixes it but on subsequent loads, it happens again.

@font-face is also being applied to these links but If I remove the modernizer script, it doesn't do it so I'm convinced that's the problem.

It only happens on a couple of the links ('image gallery' and 'media articles')

The problem: link text

Normal: link text

Is that strange? this is happening in Safari 5.0.5 and I haven't tested others yet.

Any ideas?

So, this is only a Safari issue. The cause of the issue is in your adzn.css, line 17:

-webkit-text-size-adjust: none;

I don't honestly know why this is causing the issue, but removing it via Firebug Lite fixed the problem. Also, re-enabling it did not cause the issue again, so if that is something important, you can probably load it after the modernizer runs.
