Hi

I coded up the following chaser's site . When viewed in IE6 only the site is aligned left and for the life of me Im not sure why?

Also I am using the htc png fix but the nav items still have the grey backdrop and are being cut off, though I've added width and height to them.

I appreciate all suggestions and tips.

thanks, chaser

I looked at your sourced and i see you have the main div styled with a fixed width and the left and right margin set to auto. This does work in FF. But i always noticed IE didnt take that.

The workaround ive found to solve this problem is to style the body with a: text-align: center; . then style the main div with text-align:left; This should cause IE to center the main div in the body (dont ask me why, they see divs as inline text or so :S)

Im not familliar with thehtc png fix so cant help you with that sorry!

Hope it works out, let me know

Hi there,

first comment: The navigation is messed up in chrome. It sits about 200-300px lower than it should.

I have used the htc png fix but it causes too many problems. Try this one: http://www.nif ong realty .com/js/ie6.js (take out the extra spaces in the url)

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the issues are caused by your current png fix.

Good luck.
