im using this in my css file to force a scrollbar on the motherpage to prevent skipping on smaller views.

padding: 0;
}

but how can i override this on my Upload popup? button on top bar

Also, make sure the div or whatever is containing your pop-up is tall enough to show all the contents of the pop-up.

Actually, I just looked at your source code and the problem is that the pop-up content always grows to be slightly taller the containing div. For example, the div "sb-wrapper-inner" is given an explicit height of 230px. Several nested elements including an iframe are then given a height of "100%" so they are also 230px tall. Then you give the html element inside the iframe a height of 100% plus a top and bottom padding of 2px. The padding gets added to the height making the html taller than the containing div, hence: scrollbar.

Short answer: remove "height:100%" from the html element inside the iframe.

Adding overflow-y:auto to your pop-up will hide the vertical scroll, but show it if the content is taller than your pop-up (e.g. if someone increases the font-size).
