There's no shorter answer.

The long answer is for cross browser compatibility for the list you've made will require a lot of extra effort and it's far too broad a topic to cover here.

The validation errors are simply occuring because the border-radius properties are CSS3 properties and do not exist in CSS 2.1

When you say it's not a cross-browser website, you will need to be more specific than that. However, I just took a look at the site in both firefox and IE7, and it looks pretty identical in both (except for a lack of rounded corners in IE).

Are there any specific problems in a specific browser that you know of?

  • Thanks for your help. I am attaching a screen shot picture which I have taken from safari. This is the real layout of my website. But if I will see that on other browsers such as Firefox 3, Firefox 2, Firefox 4, Firefox 3.6, Epiphany 2, Chrome 10.0, Chrome 5.0, Navigator 9.0 and IE 5.5, IE 6, IE 7, IE 8, IE 9. Then the layout is not proper. Please can you suggest me any solution. Thanks Jai Gopal Kumar almost 8 years ago
