Hi there folks,

I have a Problem with IE7. I have the following HTML...

<div style="border: 1px solid ; z-index: 5; position: absolute; left: 212px; top: 63px; width: 150px; height: 75px;" class="ballon ui-corner-all" id="ballon_0">
   <textarea readonly="readonly" class="ui-corner-all" style="margin: 0pt; width: 100%; height: 100%;" id="ballon_0_text" name="ballon_0_text"/>

As you can see, it is a textarea inside a div. The div has dynamic dimensions and position as it is resizable/draggable. The textarea is resized with the div, because it has 100% on width and height. CSS in the classes are not relevant for my problem.

The Problem is that IE7 ignores my height and width for the textarea. Here is the Web-App in Firefox (correct) and in IE7 (wrong). The speech bubbles are the div with textarea. Do you guys know any other way to tell IE7 that it should use up the entire div for the textarea?.

Can you try putting zoom:1 on the css for textarea? If that doesnt work, I suspect you may have to specify the width/height explicitly.
