Hi All:

I have a page i would like to correct errors for. The page is in gradual re-design mode and the page can be viewed at www.rodneypiper.tv/default1.html while the original version is at www.rodneypiper.tv

I did a Litmus test for the new (default1.html) page and got some errors! How can this be fixed in Doctype?

Regards

Oleshin Rodney

  • Doctype doesn't fix anything. You do :) With our help. Jens Hedqvist about 8 years ago

If you're looking to clean up your code to be error free I would take a look at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Validation Service as they make the recommendations for the standards:

  • If you use Firefox to develop in, you can install the Web Developer Toolbar to easily submit your page to the W3C validator. Niels Bom about 8 years ago

Use firefox to develop in and install the firebug plugin, as well as the HTML tidy plugin which will notify you of errors and warnings in the code as you develop :)
