Can i use any font commercially if they comes with software which i have?

For example Can i use Fonts commercially which came with

  • Windows 7
  • MS Office 2007
  • Adobe Photoshop

You need to check what the license for each font permits and how the font will be used. If the font is used normally on a web page, only visitors which already have the font on their own machine will see it so technically they are using their own fonts. If the font is to be embedded (in flash, other media, or with @font-face) then the license must permit embedding

  • If you have the licence for a font, generally you are allowed to generate images with the font (eg. headers, etc...), but not to embed the font directly Sebastian Oliva over 6 years ago

Yes, but you shouldn't, because everyone is tired of looking at the terrible fonts Microsoft licenses.
