Hi all,

I've been trying to create a custom page template for a theme I've been working on, however - I can't seem to get the content area done properly.

My objective is to have the title in the upper section of the content area, like it is on the other pages and to move the area up a bit - but the only progress I seem to make, is messing it up further!

Any suggestions or direction on how to fix it would be very much appreciated!

Thank you ~

Here's my suggestion to your CSS files:

.boxtop3 {
 /*current styles here*/
  margin-top: -90px;
}

.boxtop3 h3 {
 /*current styles here*/
  margin-top: 60px;;
}

If it's is affecting the other pages, then code the style in-line to the element. Works for me on FF3.5 and IE8.

I think removing margin-top:-75px on class boxtop3 should work.

Thank you both, I appreciate it ...

Adding the margin to boxtop3 worked like a charm O.K.W, however - not sure if you've noticed, but anything I do to the boxtop3 h3 doesn't seem to be doing anything at all ... I've add the text-transform: capitalize to the same class, but no change.

May be able to make it work if I can actually figure out which class properties it's reading! Lol

  • @Jennifer: Try coding this directly. Works for me: `<h3 style="margin-top: 60px;">...</h3>`. :P o.k.w about 7 years ago
