Hello, How can I customize menu in wordpress? What I need is horizontal multilevel menu with this HTML structure:

<ul id="nav">
<li class="top"><a href="#" class="top_link"><span>Section 1</span></a></li>
<li class="top"><a href="#" class="top_link"><span class="down">Section 2</span></a>
    <ul class="sub">
        <li><a href="#">Subsection 1</a></li>
        <li><a href="#">Subsection 2</a></li>
    </ul>
</li>
<li class="top"><a href="#" class="top_link"><span class="down">Section 2</span></a>
    <ul class="sub">
        <li><a href="#">Subsection 1</a></li>
        <li><a href="#"  class="fly">Subsection 2</a>
            <ul>
                <li><a href="#">Sub Subsection 1</a></li>
                <li><a href="#" class="fly">Sub Subsection 2</a>
                    <ul>
                        <li><a href="#">Sub Sub Subsection 1</a></li>
                        <li><a href="#">Sub Sub Subsection 2</a></li>
                    </ul>
                </li>
                <li><a href="#">Sub Subsection 3</a></li>
            </ul>
        </li>
        <li><a href="#">Subsection 3</a></li>
    </ul>
</li>
<li class="top"><a href="#" class="top_link"><span>Section 3</span></a></li>

I would be thankful for any help !

You can add your own custom horizontal menu to the top of the page, I don't think one is included by default.

In the wp-content/themes/default folder (or in the folder for whatever theme you are using) there is a file called header.php - you can add your custom nav HTML to the <div id="header"> part and it should then appear at the top of the page...
